At the January 26th City Council meeting, consultants provided a process update on work for Phase I of the WTIP, including the esplanade proposed for Railroad Avenue between Laurel and Oak Streets. Presented were a set of large illustrations covering the range of material options, patterns and accessory features being considered for the area.
Linked below is a reduced-size version of that set, produced by by LMN Architects.
Thoughts and comments on the features presented are welcomed by the City, and should be directed to Assistant Planner Roberta Korcz at 360-417-4804. City Council will consider all comments during their next review of the plans, scheduled for February 7th.
